For a lot of people, securing a mortgage loan is one of the most stressful elements of purchasing a house. But it doesn't have to be. 1 – Make a list of questions about your loan program

Be sure to bring a list of questions if you find that you don't thoroughly comprehend the pros and cons of all the different programs. It's hard to know the distinctions between fixed and adjustable rate mortgages. 2 – Determine when to lock
